Le Meridien Medina offers an exceptional location with convenient shuttle service to the Haram that really makes a difference, especially for visiting families. My room had a lovely view of the internal mosque and was spacious, featuring a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom with a full-sized bath. The lobby ambiance felt inviting, and the staff were cooperative and kind, always available to assist. However, the breakfast experience could use some improvement. it’s crowded and the food didn’t meet my expectations. Also, the in-room service lacked quality, which was disappointing since I hoped for more variety during meals. On one occasion, I faced issues with the bus timing, leading to long waits. This could be better organized, especially during peak season. Overall, the hotel has amazing potential, but certain aspects need addressing to enhance guest experience.

I loved my stay in the spacious High Floor Standard King Bed, Sofa bed. The room was well decorated and offered a lovely view Every morning, I enjoyed the large car parking space and the really good room cleanliness that added to this amazing retreat!

The front office representative was incredibly helpful during check-in,, and my room offered beautiful views of the onsite mosque.

The shuttle service to the Haram is too infrequent, causing long waits, and the breakfast experience was subpar with limited choices.

Positive, The location is stellar, and the shuttle service to the Haram is super convenient, especially during Ramadan. My room was spacious with lovely decor and came with plenty of complimentary water bottles. The staff were helpful 😊

the check-in process took longer than expected. but the staff was super friendly and helpful. our room was spacious and had a nice view. loved the clean and large areas for special events. the breakfast buffet was simple but tasty.

the suite was spacious with black out curtains, offering comfort and privacy. the internet service frequently disconnected, which was iritating.

i had a lovely stay at le meridien! the excellent shuttle service to the haram was super convenient, making my daily trips easy. the staff were also incredibly cooperative and kind, providing outstanding service that made my visit enjoyable. the hotel has a great selection of delicious food too!
